Christmas Tree Trail

The Christmas Tree Trail is part of the festive programme at Temple Newsam, which runs from 1 to 24 December 2026. Over 25 uniquely decorated Christmas trees around the house, including one of the largest indoor trees in Leeds.

What to expect:

• On 5, 6, 12, 13 and 19-23 December 2026, from 10.30am
• "Pick up a Christmas Tree Trail to find over 25 uniquely decorated trees, including one of the largest indoor Christmas trees in Leeds!"
• "Look out for unique decorations, community-made ornaments, and miniature versions of our objects"
• "Enjoy festive crafts, dressing up, and seasonal treats for the whole family"
• Indoors through the festive halls of the house, so it runs whatever December does
• Good for the youngest visitors - the house tags this one for under 5s as well as families
• Tea rooms and shop on site, and the farm's own Christmas trail is a short walk away
