About this event
Discover Fashion is part of the programme at the Ulster Museum in Belfast. "A place to connect with your creativity and imagination in a relaxed, enjoyable way." The Discover Art centre has had a makeover into an inclusive, sensory and play-based space inspired by the Ashes to Fashion exhibition.
What to expect:
- Open now until 3 January 2027, Tuesday to Sunday 10:00 to 17:00
- Create your own bespoke 'Swing Ticket' for the installation
- 'Dress the Decade' role play with costumes and accessories
- Explore textiles at the 'Touch Library' and take a mindful moment at the 'Slow Stitch' station
- A designer catwalk and a full size puppet theatre
- Fashion pieces on display, including a colossal knit cardigan and ice cream cone heels
- No booking needed; on Level 5 - ask on arrival, as centres may not always be open
