Great museum showing everything from natural history, applied art, classical art to The Troubles history. It is for free and its huge. I highly recommend reserving either 3 hours if your time or to consider what you’re interested the most and skip the rest, it can be overwhelming and the museum closed quite early

Loved this museum. So wonderful. Staff are lovely. The displays are great. Covers a broad range of topics from dinosaurs to the troubles. Cannot recommend this museum enough. Free entry

As a fan of Derry Girls, seeing the big charcoal board from the season 2 scene was incredible! The museum was nice and clean, big and spacious and very well maintained. There is a lot about the history of the Troubles and so much on the history of Ireland. I think it’s a wonderful experience and we definitely learnt a lot. The museum is free to enter but do check the closing times before you come in case it is different for that day!

It's a family-friendly museum, so when I visited it was a little chaotic with kids but it didn't really affect my experience. You can learn a lot and see many exhibits representing Northern Ireland. It has an elevator and is accessible for wheelchair users.

Amazing museum on history of Ulster and about a million other things. Good chance you’ll find something that interests you. Only spent about 20-30 minutes there because I had a tight schedule, but what I saw was great! Exhibits on the Spanish Armada and the Troubles were highlights.
