Family Art Class

Family Art Class is part of the programme at Shipley Art Gallery in Gateshead. A monthly Saturday class taught by a professional artist, trying techniques such as watercolours, ceramics, mixed media and drawing, with grown-ups encouraged to join in.

What to expect:

• Saturday 17 October, Saturday 21 November and Saturday 12 December
• Two sessions: 10.30am-12 noon and 1-2.30pm
• For 7-12 year olds and their grown ups; accompanied teenagers also welcome
• "£4.50 per child plus booking fee"
• Each child needs a child ticket; younger siblings and babies cannot be admitted
• The artist has experience working with young people with SEND
