Grand Cinema: A Christmas Carol (1951)

A Christmas Carol (1951) is part of the events programme at Beamish, The Living Museum of the North, in County Durham.

A nostalgic afternoon in the museum's beautifully restored 1950s Grand cinema, brought here from Ryhope in Sunderland. Ebenezer Scrooge, a curmudgeonly, miserly businessman, has no time for sentimentality and largely views Christmas as a waste of time. However, this Christmas Eve, he will be visited by three spirits who will show him the error of his ways.
