About this event
Mini Museum Explorers is part of the programme at Northampton Museum and Art Gallery.
Every Friday morning, our beloved hands-on sessions invite curious little adventurers aged 2.5 to 5 years—and their grown-ups—into a world bursting with creativity and discovery.
What to expect:
- Fridays 10.15–11.45am: 16 and 23 October, then weekly from 6 November to 18 December 2026
- Stories, music, art and crafts, with a new theme each week
- Themes include Halloween (23 Oct), Nursery Rhymes (13 Nov), Stone Age (20 Nov) and What the Ladybird Heard at Christmas (18 Dec)
- For children aged 2.5 to 5, accompanied by parents or carers (no ticket needed for adults)
- £6 per child per session
- Booking essential, includes refreshments
