About this event
The North Pole Express is Foxfield Railway's festive train, running from Caverswall Road station near Blythe Bridge in Staffordshire. Santa and his helpers ride with you, and every child goes home with a present.
What to expect:
- 14 dates: 21, 22, 28 and 29 November and 5, 6, 12, 13, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 December 2026
- Several departures a day, the earliest at 10.30am and the latest at 7.10pm depending on the date; each round trip lasts an hour
- “Meet Santa and his helpers, enjoy seasonal treats, and watch children’s faces light up as each receives a special gift”
- Booked as a whole table or compartment rather than per seat: tables for 4, and compartments for 6 or 8
- An accessible table “has space for 1 wheelchair and seats for 2 accompanying passengers. Access from the platform to the carriage is via a ramp.”
- Under-3s travelling on a knee are added as a separate ticket
- Booked through the railway's ticket portal
