New for 2026: Poppywood Alpacas, in festive headgear, stand in for Rudolph and friends. Come and meet and feed these fluffier-than-usual 'reindeer' on the floating visitor village.
What to expect:
- Saturday 12 and Sunday 20 December 2026, 10:00am-3:30pm, booked in half-hour slots
- 'Reindeer' petting and feeding is £5 per person
- Pre-booking recommended; tickets on the day are not guaranteed
- Meet at the Welcome Centre on the Visitor Village
- Festive crafts, Christmas markets and the Father Christmas grotto are also on site this season
