Relaxed Events

Relaxed Events are part of the programme at The Postal Museum in London. This relaxed event has been co-produced with Ambitious about Autism and a group of their autistic Youth Patrons. Although the event is designed to support autistic and neurodivergent people, including families and adults, it is suitable for anyone who would like to visit the museum when it is less crowded.

What to expect:

• Sunday 18 October and Sunday 6 December 2026, timed entries from 10am
• £3.50 per person, including entry to all exhibitions and an optional ride on Mail Rail
• Explore the exhibitions with adjusted sounds and lighting
• Visit Sorted!, the Postal Play Space, and take part in a creative arts and crafts activity
• Relax in our breakout space and borrow sensory support items
• One accompanying companion or carer can be booked free with each space
• A visual story and a pre-visit film are on the museum’s Accessibility page
