- Meet Mrs Claus for a Christmas story
- Grotto entry and Father Christmas visit with each child receiving a special gift
- Festive treats for all the family at the North Pole, including unlimited tea and coffee for adults
- Christmas activities at the North Pole; free car parking
- A train ride is not included for this experience
