About this event
Families will enjoy the magical tram ride to Santa's home at the North Pole in one of the specially decorated single-deck tramcars, enjoy a cup of hot chocolate, a delicious cookie, speak to Santa and admire the awesome lights whilst you walk around the North Pole.
What to expect:
- 16 dates: 27-29 November and 4-6, 11-13 and 18-24 December 2026
- Departures run from 12:00 to 19:00 depending on the date; the ride "lasts approximately 2.5 hours"
- "Every passenger will receive a Silver Bell from Santa."
- Hot chocolate and a cookie served on board, an elf show at the North Pole, then carols on the way home
- "We encourage families to dress in warm pyjamas"
- Children under two still need a ticket and travel on an adult's lap
- "Please arrive no less than 20 minutes before your departure time to pick up tickets."
