Good venue with a lot to offer, but service is hit or miss. You never sure which way it will go

I recently visited after a friend invited me for a swim, I want to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation. I had a fantastic time enjoying the water, and I was incredibly impressed by the professionalism and helpfulness of your entire team. From the reception desk to the lifeguards, everyone was polite, attentive, and ensured a safe, welcoming environment.Thank you for your hard work and dedication. It makes a huge difference, and I look forward to visiting again soon!

I go 4 gym, cant lie spence st and aylestone are better all round. This place dont have much 2 offer, the space 4 the gym is small, 1.25 and 2.25 barbell dumbells are gone, theres no smith machine, the upstairs is always packed for cable machines. Tbh it's just a ballache if ur going on ur own and u take it seriously in the gym. I live around the area in walking distance and i rather go Spence St or Aylestone styll 🤣

I go primarily for swimming. The centre is clean and well kept. Changing areas are mixed, and at times feel cold. The pool is large and well maintained. Make sure you check the timetable before you go as if your only going for swimming you will need the lane times. General swim is available, and there is a smaller pool for younger children. My only personal complaint is that the water is too cold. However, the showers are just brilliant.

Can only comment on pool as not used other facilities-pool itself is good, nice temperature and decent lane ropes. The changing area however always smells bad and looks unclean, eg hair on floors. When I have been the lanes are not crowded so you can actually manage to have a decent swim.
