Near impossible to cancel your membership, was messed around for a month being told my membership was cancelled, they later continued my direct debit the month after which I never authorised. I called multiple times and was told to go in physically and cancel my membership. I went in and was told I need to call a number to cancel. Called up and was told I need to pay an outstanding balance of the month in which I never used the gym facilities as I was told my membership will be cancelled. They went and also added an admin fee to that charge as-well racking up bills on my name.Customer service seems to disappear faster than my motivation on leg day.Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere

Great little pool but can be cold on some days.

I have recently joined and I am extremely pleased with the excellent service I have received from the reception to the pool staff. My hats off to them, who are always smiling, welcoming and willing to help. No query or a question a problem. All the time at hand and I have had numerous times as I am new, experiences of ‘will do’ to my requests. My special tanks to all the staff. I can’t remember their names but always helpful

Lovely local Leisure Centre. My daughter has just passed stage 10 and will now go on to Rookie Lifeguards. All staff are polite and friendly and the swimming instructorshave been great on her swimming journey. Thank you

Good value for money, exceptional customer service, good size car park. Just two issues stopping this place from being 5 stars rated: 1. Lane swimming is not possible outside bookable only sessions which are only few/couple a day 1 hour slots. Since there's only few you end up sharing very narrow lanes with six plus swimmers 2. Gym area had been refurbished and equipment is nice but it's bit small. If you come off peak you are alright otherwise it's a challenge to keep your routine while having to wait for someone to finish.
