Just a warning to all. You can’t taking kids water bottles.. We have frequented this establishment about a dozen times. We have until this week never had an issue. My wife took the boys again this week and upon arrival they were told the water bottles were not allowed in. The bottles were to be left in the car or at the cash desk. Apparently this has always been the policy, even though our water bottles have been left on the tables previously and nothing ever said prior. Bear in mind we are in the middle of a heat wave and it’s not exactly cool inside, it seems a little outrageous you can’t take a child’s water bottle in with you. In a world you are bombarded with the negative effects of single use plastics like bottles it’s disappointing you can’t use a reusable bottle. Tap water is available by the way at a cost as the company has to pay for the vessel. I’m not adverse to spending money in local businesses, in fact we go to put £1 coins in the electric quad bike, and while we are there we will always buy a coffee and a snack although not a lot available I’d let my children eat. A rethink of this policy I think is a must, but sadly that’s our last visit. The neglect of hydration or nutrition by a company that promotes physical and mental development is a red flag for me. It would be prudent to remember mums have group chats and those thing spread like wildfire… just an observation. I wonder if there is a charge for the dog bowl outside?

Been going here for years but all the sudden staff telling customers you can not bring children’s water bottles in , we explained our child is autistic but staff said makes no difference please see below the law in uk owners may want to look at this asap . Under the Equality Act 2010, preventing a child from using their own water bottle can be unlawful disability discrimination if the bottle is required for medical needs, sensory processing, or administering medication. Soft plays have a legal duty to make reasonable adjustments so disabled children are not put at a substantial disadvantage.

Visited during a weekday, having enjoyed our last trip here over 6 months ago. This trip was, however, very disappointing. 1) There was only one member of staff, working front of house and the cafe, I felt sorry for her. 2) A lot of the sensory equipment was broken, and there was also areas closed off where some of the cool sensory equipment used to be. I didn’t see any mention of this on their website before booking. 3) No balls in the ballpit of the baby area. Just cubes and stuff chucked in there from another section. Poor effort. 4) It felt dirty. I know softplay isn’t the cleanest but it defo needed a good clean! Overall, overpriced and very disappointing with so much of the stuff broken. For what they charge, I expected better and therefore don’t recommended.

I took my kids to Adventure Kidz in Aylesford and honestly it’s a really good place. There’s loads to do, not just normal soft play either. Big slides, climbing bits, sports stuff and plenty to keep them busy for ages. There’s also a separate baby and toddler area which is good if you’ve got younger ones who can’t do everything yet. My child had a great time and didn’t want to leave. Prices are what you’d expect for somewhere like this and it’s definitely worth it for how much there is. Only thing I’d say is it can get busy so booking is probably a good idea, but overall it’s a solid place and I’d happily go back.

We hosted our son's 2nd birthday at Adventure Kidz. Liv acted as our host for the day, and she was fantastic - she made sure we had a great time and that we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend hosting your own kids party here. Ask for Liv to be your host, you won't be disappointed.
