We visited on Saturday as a birthday treat. The boys had been before and loved it as usual. If you are climbing you have to tske part in a briefing session on how to climb safely and on their rules and regulations whilst climbing. There are lots of different walls for the children to climb and they have fun themes. There were plenty of instructors present, helping snd guiding the children. Small cafe on site, quite a few tables for parents to dit at. Thry had party areas avsilable. Clean toilet, disabled and baby changing facilities.

Very enjoyable time at clip n climb, Tonbridge. Place was clean and safe. Greeting at reception was welcoming. Only grumble is all the other staff on the floor could be a little more cheerful and animated. Whilst not hostile, there was very little interaction between the staff and children. No "did you enjoy that?" Or "was that fun" when they were unclipping the children, was more of a case of just no words spoken at all. While the briefing was simple and to the point, there wasn't any hype or excitement from the staff who delivered it and they were constantly chatting to each other all the way through harnessing, no interaction with the children. Had there been these interactions, I would be giving this visit 5 stars.

Really impressed! Took our twin 6 year olds and they loved it. The staff were all excellent, very patient, friendly and encouraging. The range of climbing walls was really good and priced reasonably. We had food and drinks and the food was good and not overpriced. We will definitely be returning.

My daughter and friend loved Clip and climb. I have been twice once out of half term which was excellent then this time was in half term. Most of the staff were really good but a few really shouldn’t have been there. I did complain about the attitude of a staff member and she was moved off the equipment straight away which was very professional. If you are going and watching bring plenty of warm clothes so you don’t freeze. We will go back as my daughter had lots of fun.

Looks like a great place for kids parties and energetic kids to climb and burn off some steam. We went as 2 adults looking for a fun activity date, we were met with a friendly welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. As adults you get to clip yourselves in and out so don’t have to wait like the kids do. We went on almost all of the climbs multiple times and were nicely fatigued by the end. The staff were kind and took safety seriously whilst being fun with it. I’d like to personally thank the lovely lady on the front desk who showed us such kindness we wouldn’t have been able to climb without her! Remember you need your trainers climbing shoes aren't provided. Clean, safe and good for a fun filled 2 hours.
