Easy to find on Google with a warm welcome from Sam on arrival. Everything was explained clearly and after signing our declarations, in the room with 10 minutes. We were playing Hotel of Horrors and in a good way, there’s no easy hint to start with. We initially explored everything and carried on with the game. We did admittedly need a few clues from Sam but with the supplied walkie talkie, he was always at hand to help. All in all, a great experience, quite difficult room to escape from which was the perfect challenge, plus a well thought out clever room with some scream out loud scares!

I booked this for my boyfriends birthday and safe to say, it did shave a few years off of my life. Gracie was great and locked in pretty quickly which was mildly terrifying. Would recommend psychopaths den, the puzzles were challenging but it was lots of fun. V immersive.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Really disappointing experience trying to book. We had an £80 gift voucher, but were quoted an additional £50 to book a Saturday. That would have made the total cost £130, despite the same experience being advertised on their own website for £92 for two people. When I queried the price, I was told it was due to commission paid to the voucher company. I appreciate businesses have costs, but customers shouldn’t end up paying significantly more than the advertised price because they’re using a gift voucher. Sadly, this pricing policy has put us off visiting altogether.

(for Spy Heroes) Ria and Anna (and all the other staff) were very helpful and fun, we had a great time with the puzzles and ESPECIALLY THE LASERS that was so fun! Videos were well produced and acted and set the scene brilliantly. It was a touch pricey but I respect that the puzzles take a lot to set up, the production value was high and the staff deserved to be well paid for their work! It wasn't much more expensive than the average escape room, in my experience. (Don't tell anyone, it's a secret, but they let us stay in an extra 2 minutes because we were so close to finishing!)
