Visit websiteDate 24/01/26 Time 5 to 6pm The trampoline and inflatable pkay area was well enjoyed. Official kids review was '4/5 fun no questions' when pressed why it wasn't 5/5 there was no response. However, as adults sitting in the unclean Cafe environment there was much to br improved. 1. Dirty floor overall which could be regularly hoovered 2. Overflowing bins and recycle bins 3. Tasteless burger and slow service
Nothing special, better alternatives in the central belt for cheaper. I was in today, 4th of January with my daughter and grandchildren and noticed a few things. When we found a table there was some leftover food and spilled drink over it, I asked a member of staff if someone could come and clean it for me to which they agreed, however we were stood waiting for around 5 minutes until someone came over (there was not a queue at this point in time, there were around 3 members of staff hanging around ‘chit-chatting’ and having a carry on with each other in the Café area, with their backs turned to customers.) Another thing to add was that the building was baltic, understandable as it’s a massive area, however it was to the point my grandchildren were coming off of the bouncy castle freezing. There is also limited parking as it’s shared with the soft play next door so if you have a booking it’s best to arrive with plenty of time.
It was my son's birthday party and we had a great time. The staff was very pleasant and our host Leah was amazing- very friendly and helpful. I really recommend this place- great value for money and the food is tasty. Kids had a fab time.
First time here and experience ruined by total greed. Made me pay £15 to accompany my 4 year old son. I agree that I should supervise him but why charge me £15 for an hour. Also bought 2 soft drinks which is the cheapest copy of "Fruit Shoots" and was charged £3.70 for 2 drinks you can buy for 50p each. An unjustified mark up which is disgusting. I will never return unfortunately.
Fabulous birthday party for my daughter! Lauren took such good care of us leading up to the party - ensuring it would be smooth on arrival. And Ava was a great party host, taking care of all our needs and helping with whatever the kids needed. Thanks so much to AirThrill, but to these two employees especially who were amazing!
