First time at this venue. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Site is clean and well maintained. Kids (7yr /12yr) and I, thoroughly enjoyed all the obstacles and slides etc. in our 1hr session. Pricing (entry and food/drinks) is quite reasonable. Will definitely be back!
Respectfully even the 2 stars is a push but this was a first time thing we went to. Long story short told us to leave the Pitt even tho we had been in there for 5 mins if that (made us wait at the start as we were here on time till someone finally said oh sorry here’s ur bands) then a portion of chips took 20 plus mins even 30 tbh. I get it’s busy and they can’t accommodate everyone when it is but this was terrible customer service. Spent 30 quid to eat bloody chips that came late. Someone should have taken the time out to explain how strict they are on times and if they are that strict then shouldn’t have kept us waiting.
We had an amazing experience with Inflata Nation Glasgow from start to finish. The service, attention, and communication were excellent right from the beginning. I booked a birthday party for my son, and the team was incredibly friendly and understanding when I needed to add a couple of last-minute guests. My son had the best time and absolutely loved his party, they truly made it a very special day for him. Everything was well organised, the staff were attentive, and the atmosphere was so much fun. We’re very grateful to the whole team and would highly recommend Inflata Nation Glasgow for a memorable and stress-free celebration!
We had an amazing experience today ! I can't thank the staff enough.. After being let down by a near by business ( that had given me the wrong information by phone ) I had 9 teenage kids ready for a day out for a birthday and no where to go. Matt the manager really helped me out. He fitted them all in and gave me a discount for all 10 of us. Which was really appreciated as I was already out of pocket. Their gesture of kindness was heartwarming and amazing. I'm so glad we ended up in here ! All the kids had such a good time. ( Far better than climbing ) The new equipment is really fun aswell! I will definitely come back and looking forward to the Friday night adult only times !! Thank U so much everyone 😊
Place was great for our 2 and 3 year old in our group. The 10 year old thought it was okay but not the best she has seen. It isn't massive but big enough to enjoy for about an hour. I would say after the hour you would start getting a bit bored. There is a toddler/baby bit that is sectioned off to the rest of the inflatable which was a win win for our kids that where not as confident at first. As for the big bit, there's an obstacle course, a couple of slides and a bounce bit but other than that that was pretty much it. The staff are all welcoming and helpful, toilets are clean and sanitary. They do not sell food items such as chips. They sell hotdogs and a beef burger. They do however have a large cake, coffee/tea and crisp selection. ( I have pictured the menu below ). They're menu isn't expensive. Overall, I would definitely recommend to others that had smaller children as the younger kids with us did have a great wee day. 4/5 from us ⭐️
