Price on the website for happy hour says £8.00 while booking on line was adding £2.50 booking fee. So decided to go directly and still they added £2 booking fee. What booking fee i am paying directly guy said because I didn't pay online. I explained So ridiculous and misleading. They shouldn't advertise price and add booking fee. He also said many people complain but they don't do anything about it

I always have a great time here. I arrived today without booking as I have a problem with my card so needed to pay cash, I always book online normally. It was exceptionally busy and initially seemed like I couldn’t get in and it happened to be a birthday trip so I was gutted but Joe allowed me to squeeze in and save my Day from being ruined. There was a fire alarm while we were here which was dealt with promptly and time got added onto our visit. Lovely lady on the kitchen staff as well who is polite and friendly to talk to. The price of food is great value for money and refreshing to see a company not over charge for food and drinks.

Amazing experience at Area 51 Telford! Had such a great time here – the place is clean, well organised, and full of fun activities for all ages. Had a birthday here and they were very welcoming. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making everything run smoothly and safely. There’s loads to do, so you never get bored, and the atmosphere is energetic and welcoming. Brilliant value for money and perfect for a fun day out. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Very good. I love how there's always staff on the actual trampoline park so your children are being supervised in blind spots. The only downside is that if you're sitting at the resturant part then you can't see all of the places but this is okay as you have staff watching the kids and helping if they're injured. We recently had my daughter’s birthday party at Airea51, and it was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The venue itself is fantastic — there’s a huge play area with so much for the children to do. From climbing frames to slides and different activity zones, the kids were entertained the entire time and didn’t want to leave! Everything was really well organised, which made the whole experience stress-free for us as parents. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always on hand if we needed anything. One thing that really stood out was how they took care of the cake — they cut it up for us and neatly packed it into goodie bags, which saved us so much time and effort. It’s those little touches that make such a difference when you’re hosting a party. The atmosphere was fun and lively, and all the children had an amazing time running around and enjoying the space. It’s such a great venue for a birthday celebration because there’s plenty of room and activities to keep everyone happy. I would highly recommend Airea51 for children’s parties. It was a smooth, enjoyable experience, and we’ll definitely be back again in the future!
