The team are fantastic! So friendly and helpful. They try their best and very community orientated. Can't thank them enough for a fantastic summer!

Thought id update this review as some improvements have been made. Still a fitness suite rather than a gym, as such it actually performs really well. The addition of the flat bench and increased free weights have certainly helped round out the equipment. Still pretty basic compared to bigger gyms but you can get a good routine going fairly easy. Price is creeping up though for what you get, I know its run as a charity but can feel like we are paying over the odds for just the severn centre facility. * old review* The staff are really friendly but the gym is pretty basic. Good for getting started though, if you need to lose a few lbs well worth jumping in for a few months. Desperately need better free weights though, a dedicated weight room might bring in more members imo.....pretty cheap membership to be fair, I'll give them that.

Had an appointment with Dr Raja missed it because I mistakenly went to the surgery at Severn centre only to find out it was closed when it stayed online it's open till 3.30.pmon Saturday then went to chemist for advice was told to ring the surgery number it will trip you through to bridgnorth medical centre....rang it at end of info cuts off....got to medical centre 10mns late because of traffic and messing about trying to get info to contact centre..when I got there told I was too late and to rebook Monday morning at 8.30am told her wasn't my fault could get a number for the centre she advised me they do not have a number on a Saturday I mean why if you need to contact them quickly I asked well how could I have got in touch she said "email!" Because email is obviously quicker than phone and I'm obv going to email them while Im traveling to the centre..this system is a total screw up!!!!

Attended a weekly craft group here. Friendly, helpful staff. Pleasant location. Easy parking. Newly refurbished Café, charging reasonable priced. Airy large room for group meetings. Food bank for local community. TV in the reception area. Small lending library on site. Many group meet and classes are run in the annexed lido swimming pool and gym. Wonderful community resource.

Fast service, friendly welcoming staff, good food love coming in for coffee with friends Gym facilities are.brill love how small and.comfortable everything is feels great as a newbie to the fitness side of life and everyone who works here are more than helpful. The swimming pool is great love bring my kids here they are such water babies it's great having something like this on my doorstep.
