Very disappointing experience at Airtastic Entertainment in Belfast (Newtownabbey). I visited with my son and my one-year-old daughter after booking tickets online. Unfortunately, the staff were extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and lacked basic customer service skills and empathy. Instead of trying to understand the situation or offer any reasonable solution, their attitude was cold, dismissive, and quite rude throughout the interaction. I ended up having to pay extra unexpectedly, despite my son only using the small kids’ area for a very limited time. When I politely asked if there was any possible adjustment or alternative, I was simply told no, with no understanding or willingness to help. I completely understand that venues have rules and policies, but customer service and professionalism matter just as much. The way customers are spoken to makes a huge difference, especially when families with small children are involved. The staff seriously need better customer service training and a more respectful, empathetic attitude towards visitors. Overall, very disappointed with the treatment and professionalism shown during our visit.

My daughter had a laser quest birthday party here and it was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the personalised party table and room. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

A very busy activity packed centre, with a lot of (slightly pricey) activities for different ages. There is a large range of arcade games which are paid for by purchasing a prepaid card, the cost of the general games comes out at a bit more than £1 per play, with some little ones for small children costing about 50-60p per play. There is a restaurant and separate inflatapark laser tag and soft play all which you pay entry separately. The inflatapark and laser tag are popular choices for prebooked birthday parties. You can order hot food in the soft play area, which has strict height limits (4 foot 7inches max).

First visit at this Airtastic centre, the staff at airtastic inflatable area were great! Zero waiting time when entering, we where called straight to the counter. The girls at the front counter had it flowing nicely- extremely helpful, very well organised, no delays or waiting about. And before you know it boys where in and having fun. The food at the restaurant(bowling alley) came out quickly, even before i had rounded the boys up to sit.The menu was great selection for the usual party food. Platters & pizza. The staff there were so pleasant and the place was spotless. They seemed to have a great wee team and on the ball. The amusement area had lots going on, boys all enjoyed the use of almost every machine.Everything was in use 👏 So much going on around us.And handy to purchase the little card with tokens to activate the machines. Even the kids knew how to use them. Finished the few hrs up with an ice cream and a Happy birthday day. 🎂 👍

We had a great time and I really want to thank everyone who works in Airtastic ❤️ everyone was so kind and helpful. Our birthday party was so organised, so I as a mum didn’t have to worry about anything. Lovely staff prepared juice for kids to drink during their time in inflata, offered a basket for clothes and shoes, and even small things like knife for the cake and a lighter for the candles was prepared and left in a visible place. When it happened that we run out of the time in our party room, lovely staff haves us more time, which helped a lot. So I really recommend this place to everyone ☀️
