We absolutely loved this. We have never been before but decided to take a punt as the weather was looking a bit ropey on one of the days of our holiday. The outdoor pool is heated beautifully and was a real treat when the sun cracked through the clouds. The indoor pools wave machine and flumes were a huge hit with my 9 year old. He tried all of the flumes and the only one he didnt love was the tobogan as it was head first and felt a bit rough for him. Unfortunately for my partner and I his favourite was the 4 person inflatable one which did require a lot of carrying inflatables up multiple flights of stairs as is the nature of these things. I am a relatively fit and active person and towards my 5th or 6th time carrying an inflatable up i started to really feel the novelty wearing off but it was all good fun. Just mentioning this as it may be a factor for some people who may be less able. The facilities for changing were spotless when we got there at 11am and when we were leaving circa 1pm. Parking was plentiful when we got there and is pay and display and on the Ringo app which was handy. Worth noting we are in Scottish school holidays so parking availability may be a different situation during local holidays. All in it was a great way to spend the morning. Everyone had a blast and if we lived a little closer we may even have made this a more frequent visit

This is such a good water park. I have visited Scarborough twice this year with my Son, and although he's too small for any of the slides, we still find that the 3 hours fly by and we aren't ready to leave! My little boy loves the outdoor infinity pools, which are so warm they cause a steam cloud. The first pool which is attached to the building has 3 built in jacuzzi, along with an underwater ledge for lounging which also bubble up. There is a further infinity pool overlooking the sea, no QUITE as warm as the other, but still warm enough to enjoy on a cold day. This one too has jacuzzis and longers. Inside there is a water play area with a double slide for small children, with lots of jets and waterfalls for them to have fun with. There is also an inside pool which has waves every half hour, but we have found the water to a bit on the cooler side. I cant comment on the water slides as we have been unable to try them yet. My little boys is looking forward to visiting again next year in the hopes that he will finally be big enough! There is a restaurant inside and you are allowed an extra 30 minutes stay if you purchase anything. Changing rooms are nice and warm and the showers each have privacy which was nice. If booking online i would advise you to come earlier than your ticket time as we had a 20 minute wait in the queue to get in.

Fantastic!! Great facilities provided, modern changing rooms and showers, epic slides of varying levels of white knuckles and the wave pool is brilliant fun. The outdoor pools are the temperatures of a hot bath so don’t be put off by the great British weather. Ticket allows 3 hours per session which is reasonable for the price. Highly recommend a visit when coming to Scarborough!

Visited today with my three kids, from the moment we walked in the staff were friendly and helpful, I wanted to go into the wellness spa and the gentleman explained how it worked and showed me around. It was immaculate and beautifully. Well worth multiple visits.

Seemed like a great place! We came on Friday morning, 11am and it was just the right amount of busy. Place was clean, seemed like there was a lot of lifeguards always around if anybody needed. I noticed they are accessible to disabilities - even supporting somebody paralysed into the wave pool. There is also a spa, which you pay separately into which I am unable to comment on - I think the prices for treatment are slightly on the higher side but thats personal opinion. My only itch was there was 1 slide for toddlers and the larger slides are for 6 / 8 plus... so for somebody like my nephew he was under the age for the slides, only slightly smaller for the height requirement and the baby slide seemed 'too little' for him with the larger slides seeming 'too big' for him. Its a shame there wasnt no 'in-between' again... Picky but I feel a lot of water parks fall into this category which is a shame and something somebody with the right connections can take into account and create a business with 😅 Overall, I loved the heated outdoor pool - so did the kiddies. Loads of lockers & dressing rooms. Staff really friendly! Is about 80 minutes away from home but Id definitely come back. Parking you pay via the hour on the app. You do only have 3 hours access into the park. Im aware if you pay for the spa, you have access to the watermark but not vice versa.
