Wonderful centre and pool. The massive downfall is that they lack a designated person to pick up the phone. So many times we have had to drive to the centre to try to get on the fun sessions to find it full. I have spent hours ringing in order to prebook all to no avail. Its ridiculous.

Took a 9 year old for a fun session. Safe spaces. On duty lifeguards. Clean changing rooms. Really helpful reception staff. Had the café been open, it would have scored 5*

Facility’s are good some staff are arrogant and blow the whistle all the time shouting at children. The small pool is often deeper than the shallow end in the main pool. If your learning your child to swim I found tadcaster better the staff are amazing compared to here.

Brilliant facility with everything you could possibly need. The classes are well-organised and motivating, and the trainers are knowledgeable and supportive. I’ve seen real progress since joining. The whole place feels friendly and inclusive — couldn’t ask for more!

Went with family for a swim with a 3 year old. Pools are great and the small pool is just the right temperature for little children. Tried doing lane swimming in the big pool. Not easy for a good swimmer as the lanes are wide and there is no segregation from fast to slower swimmers. Why not have the lanes set up as a normal narrow lane size and label them properly
