Barmouth Beach is a beautiful, clean, and family-friendly beach. I visited with my four children, ages 14, 11, 10, and 7, and they all had a fantastic time. The water was very clean, calm, and safe for the kids. There was a lifeguard on duty, which gave us extra peace of mind. We had a wonderful day together, and all of my children really enjoyed themselves. I highly recommend Barmouth Beach to families looking for a safe and relaxing day by the sea.

Lovely beach and very popular on a hot sunny day but due to a warm bank Holiday alot of rubbish was left on the beach which let the normally spotless beach look horrible and an environmental hazard for the wildlife. Gets very busy on a hot day so advice is to arrive early for parking. Please take your rubbish home with you

What a beautiful beach, lovely sand, clear water and fun promenade. A great day out for the whole family! After taking a little while to get into the area and finding parking, we took a stroll on the beach and found our spot, despite it being very busy, we managed to find a great spot with plenty of space to set up camp for the day to eat, play and make sandcastles. From the ice cream, to entertainment, to splashing in the sea. It was the perfect day at the seaside. We will definitely be back 😍

Very sandy and deep beach. I was early (April) before real season but enjoyed perfect day. It was nice and clean. Attractions for kids available. Perfect for sunbathing and swimming.

We took advantage of the sunny weather on boxing day and took a lovely walk on the beach, which was fabulous! However the fact that all the public toilets were closed was less than fabulous, hence the 3 stars .. put off coming back again in the winter. Althought ehd ree parking was appreciated, no good if you have nowhere to go to the loo ...
