Perfect way to cross the estuary! Cheap as chips and a cosy boat for 8 passenger per trip, captain was very friendly, flew back to Barmouth when the tide was heading out.

Brilliant service, the guy who took us over is boat Emily was very polite and knowledgeable about the History.

This isn’t Stenna Line but it’s an adventure. Probably best to have walking shoes on when going to this as it requires a walk across both a sandy and rocky beach. It’s totally worth it though for the 2 minutes your on the actual water. John who took us on both legs was very pleasant.

This is not exactly a "ferry station ". It's actually just a spot on a beach where you buy a ticket to ride in an 8 person boat over to the town of Barmouth once you get off the miniature railway. The boat ride is only 10 mins and it's so cute. It can get crowded quick so be prepared. The boat captain was very nice and helped people get on/off safely. Highly recommend!

Just across the water from Barmouth but polar opposite. Where you have the hoards of people and the noise and razz matazz of Barmouth this is a lovely spot to pull up, chill out and soak up the views of the estuary. If your missing the noise and hustle and bustle of Barmouth it is only a short boat trip away. Parking is limited to best to get there early and park sensibly so everyone can get a chance To park. The local council could do with emptying the bins more often as they were over flowing today ( i suspect its the nice weather and camper vans turning up en masse ) its a lovely walk back to Fairborne or cycle ride. As usual enjoy the views, remember not everyone loves your noisy jet ski! And leave only footprints and dispose of your rubbish responsibly.
