Very disappointed with my son’s swimming lessons. There is no communication or feedback from the teachers, and the children don’t seem to get the attention and support they need. It feels like they are simply taking the money without properly focusing on the children’s progress. I would strongly advise parents to think carefully before registering their children. Very poor and disappointing experience

Went here for swim on Saturday morning to find place closed for swimming lessons. Same happened in Dolphin Centre on Saturday no swimming because lessons are on till 2pm. Unexceptable facilities to be honest. Could use half pool for lessons and other side lane swimming.

The staff are amazing however, the changing rooms are awful, toilets are never clean, their idea of sprucing it up was applying sticky back plastic sheets over things. The cost for membership is ridiculous especially for what you get. Times are very limited and I’m surprised they can justify the rise in cost given the reduced amount of swimming lessons are happening
