An amazingly well set wall with a huge variety of both grades, routes, auto delays, shop items, food and drinks. All delivered by professional and very friendly staff. Absolutely brilliant atmosphere too. Very welcoming.

Paid a lot of money for instructor led rope training and the trainer had a attitude that I was wasting his time because I was too old -which he made a point of explaining to me in detail. Passion is great, but arrogance is not. Just because you climb every day outdoors and spend every holiday messaging rocks doesn't make you more of a person than everyone else, but this guy thinks so. I wasn't raised next to a climbing wall or rock or had the same opportunities as you so learn to be humble instead of judgmental and arrogant. After this I have no plans to return, which is unfortunate because everyone else there was pleasant.

We booked the junior session for a group of seven year olds to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Kat and Fin were absolutely fantastic instructors and had a great rapport with the children. Games, wall climbing, auto belay, then up on the bouldering wall. The children LOVED it (and the parents wished they could have got involved too). A great atmosphere and lovely cafe too. Thanks so much!
