I probably shouldn't have gone at half term but the start of the session, getting harnessed up and waiting in that TINY room for half an hour with some incrediblely loud kids screaming and banging their feet on the back of benches ruined it before it had started. My son was curled up on the floor covering his ears waiting for the safety video, of which we couldn't hear thanks to the climbing club that was on our session continuing to laugh, scream and bang. So many kids are left on their own who can't unclip themselves meaning if you are an adult who stays with your kids, you spend a lot of time helping other kids so that your kids can have a turn (happy helping kids, it is just dangerous when it is busy and you have your own kids to keep safe) the staff were really nice, and the people working reception were lovely but I would never go to a fully booked session again. Don't go early, get harnessed up last to save yourself from the waiting room stress!

Had a birthday party there and was impressed with everything. So far it was one of the best experiences. Food- simple and tasty, more than needed, lots of pizzas, clean tidy, a lot of space. Good parking, not too noisy or crowded.
