First time visiting and what a gem of a place. The rose garden is looking beautiful at the moment. I loved all the different zones of planting which are so well arranged. I especially loved the sculptures and water features. I upgraded for an annual pass and I can enjoy all the seasons of plants, as many times as I want to! Stop by, you won't be disappointed.

Such a fabulous day. A new restaurant has opened which we were kindly shown around and we have booked for a special occasion. The cafe was superb. Both newly renovated and refurbished to an extremely high standard. All the staff were absolutely delightful and could not have been more helpful. The gardens were beautiful. And the public footpaths in the surrounding area offered a fantastic extra walk for the dog also.

These gardens are suitable for families, people who are disabled and taking dogs. There are things to do for children. Places to stop and sit for the elderly. Dogs are welcomed and catered for. We consisted of senior citizen, wheelchair user, grown up daughter and dog. We enjoyed the gardens, plants and statues. The only thing we was disappointed with was the lack of space in the cafe and choice of food. But the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful gardens! I went this week, Rhododendron and Camelias everywhere and some fantastic Magnolias. I can only imagine what it will look like in a month or two when all the other plants come to life. Fab little cafe and an in restoration walled garden with new restaurant opening soon! Almost Himalayan-esque wooded area and dog friendly. Well worth a visit!

I had a wonderful and informative visit at Border Hill today. The talk was by Tom Coward, Head Gardener at nearby Gravetye Manor. Borde Hill team members really put on a great experience, in a wonderful house and garden with such history and champion trees. Highly recommend a visit whenever you can! There is so much to see all year round. Can't wait to go back when the garden opens on Valentine's Day!
