A fantastic beach. Spotlessly clean too. Went on a very hot day but there wasn't too many people here. I think post people went to the beaches closer to the town centre. No stones on the beach of in the sea so no need for shoes. The sea was crystal clear and even had loads of fish in the shallows. There's a toilet block and ice cream stall on the beach too.

One of the best UK beaches for dogs that we’ve been to. Lots of space, soft sand, clean toilets, refreshment hut, plenty of parking (well maybe peak times could be busy)

Beautiful, quieter beach with soft golden sand and a relaxed vibe, perfect for a peaceful day by the sea. Great views along the coast and plenty of space to spread out compared to the busier beaches nearby. Easy parking, a handy kiosk for snacks and drinks, and good facilities make it ideal for families, dog walks and seaside strolls. Would definitely recommend!

Possibly not good for kids but great for dog owners and surfers. No life guard, no showers, toilets are not clean, not accessible. Overall we did not like this beach. The car park is not easy to manevour, always full, and the parking spots are full with caravans. Kids cant able to swim because of surfers. Also there were lots of dog poo around and they were not on leads.
