I came here with a young person with profound and complex needs. The staff were incredible and made sure we had our needs met in a dignified manner. Could not have asked for more from the staff. Very much appreciated

Buckie gym is excellent I go aqua fit use the swimming pool sauna, steam room, there are other classes at night which are good though the gym is a little small when it's busy might not get on some equipment but most times if you go when it's quiet you can get on the equipment, staff are excellent and it's always clean well done staff

We used the gym equipment all alright but definitely not enough of it as they have had to put up signage limiting the amount of time each equipment can be used otherwise its alright

The pool and changing rooms are clean and organised. Prices were also reasonable and there is no time-limit on your stay here, so you can swim a few lanes without having to worry about the time or color of your wristband. Fun hour is great for the kids and since it wasn't too busy, there was enough provided mats/toys/etc for everyone who was interested. The pool has a sauna and steam room right next to it which can be used. I also liked that the pool has a deep end (3m) for people/kids that like diving.

We have only used the swimming facilities but there are other facilities here that we cannot rate, therefore 4 stars. The pool area is accessible as far as is reasonable, including an accessible changing area. The facilities are easy to use and there are staff to help when needed, though under present restrictions visitors need to be aware of distancing rules. The whole place is clean and well signposted and there is an access ramp outside for wheelchair users, though it doesn't have tactile paving. Once restrictions are lifted, we have no doubt this will be a good, safe place to go with willing, helpful instructors for those that need.
