Great friendly staff, clean changing areas. Used gym and sauna which were both excellent. Food and drink is available but not tried yet ! Looks good! More clubs and classes added to schedule, easy to book on app. Steam room fixed and working excellently ! If that's a word? Steam room is running more consistently hot ! Loving it !

I had a knee replacement 3 weeks ago & couldn’t shower at home as ours is over the bath. I phoned this morning to see if I could use the showers as I use the swimming facilities regularly. I was told ‘of course’ you can use them, just come to reception & it will be free. It was such a simple pleasure to be able to shower properly & I’m so grateful that I can use them anytime. The centre is a valuable resource and all the staff are really helpful & friendly. Thanks especially to the lovely lady on reception.

Took a moment to find a free cubicle the didn't have someone's things in it, but other than that I was impressed. Nice to have a 2 metre deep area in the main pool as it meant I actually had to swim rather than just standing up. They have sinkers to play with, just need to ask for them. The staff were all very polite and attentive.

Excellent dance room. Great Cafe (when it is open!) Helpful, smiling staff. Free tea, coffee, milk and hot water available to make your own at the moment. New cafe management. Keenly priced with a good selection of scones and fancy pieces. Staff are nice too.
