Absolutely fantastic facility....staff exceptionally friendly...spotlessly clean....warm pool and hot showers...can't recommend highly enough....whilst visiting today my friend felt a little unwell staff could not do enough for us...thankyou so so much...will be visiting again soon.

The staff were unhelpful and unwelcoming, and the customer service was disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not return as the overall experience needs significant improvement.

The changing rooms could be cleaner need a good scrub and although there are family changing rooms a lot of parents think it quite acceptable to bring boys into the ladies and girls into the men's changing rooms and I don't mean toddlers they maybe about 10 years old Had a break from going here decided as a full member to give it another chance...but not any better ... cold showers for the last 2 months even though it has been mentioned to management by a few people in the last few weeks ...bins not emptied daily dirty nappies in the bins some for days... slimy floor in the showers...frequently pool not open without telling people. focus only seems to be on the new gym upstairs which will overlook the pool. Money for the new gym could be better spent elsewhere. Porthmadog leasure centre by far more clean and friendly with a better atmosphere

The children's pool again was too cold to spend more than 30 minutes in it. The reviews saying showers were bust are correct. Staff friendly, and the quality is what you would expect of a community service

The staff are all so friendly and helpful. They cater for all ages and abilities and we are always made to feel comfortable in the classes and activity sessions. We are very lucky to have this amenity.
