Came in with my mate today and had a great time. 2 handsome male staff were absolutely hilarious and made me laugh non stop and made us feel welcome. Definitely returning x

I am absolutely disgusted by my experience at this arcade. I had £10 in my purse, and when it was handed back to me, the money was gone! No apology, no explanation—just complete indifference, like it didn’t matter at all. This is outright theft, and the fact that nobody took responsibility or even acknowledged it is appalling. I expect better from any business, but especially from a place that’s supposed to be about fun and entertainment. How can customers feel safe here if their money can just be taken with no consequences? If this is how they operate, it makes me wonder how many other people have had their money stolen. The lack of professionalism and basic decency is shocking. If this is how they treat paying customers, they don’t deserve anyone’s business. I will never be coming back, and I’ll be making sure others know to avoid this place too. Absolutely disgraceful!

Popped in today with my three children. They absolutely loved it. Great selection of games and not overcrowded like some amusements are. The staff there were so lovely and very kind. All three of my children got to come away with a little toy, so there were lots of smiles 😊 We'll definitely go back again

This is an amazing and fun arcade. we went here and loved the 2 penny machines and atmosphere. But best of all were the staff as when a claw machine had used our coin and didn't work they gave us far more tickets than we would of won. Better yet, when it was time to redeem our tickets the same staff worker let us have a prize worth 1000 tickets even though we only had 400. this is an amazing arcade with a wonderful atmosphere, amazing staff and very fun games. would go back again.
