Overall, this was a fun Bank Holiday evening out - however, we had tried to book the early bird deal and when I first looked there were plenty of spaces, and when I looked again was unable to book. So we went in the evening with the plan to eat there - they offered pizza etc. The place was DEAD. There was one other family there. The atmosphere was dead, which as another reviewer has mentioned, for a ‘Discobowl’ I’d expect louder more lively music. They weren’t serving food. They didn’t even have cola or Pepsi for drinks. We were very hungry so we ended up racing our bowling and golfing games so we could leave to get food. The staff were nice enough, and I thought the scrapyard golf was particularly great. But I won’t be booking again in a hurry for the price

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience Very disappointing experience at Disco Bowl Chatham. The way we were treated was completely unacceptable. The staff were extremely rude and showed very little respect or courtesy, even towards children. What should have been a fun family outing turned into a frustrating and unpleasant experience because of the attitude of the staff. We felt that our concerns were simply dismissed, and the way we were spoken to was disrespectful. Honestly, it felt like they cared more about taking customers’ money than providing a decent customer experience. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before visiting, especially if you are planning to go with children. One of the worst customer-service experiences we have had. Definitely not somewhere I would recommend to families.

Nice place but no different than bowling as there was nothing disco like there (no loud disco music no disco lights or even a disco ball). It’s just normal bowling. Mini golf was pretty good and unique so nothing to say about that

The bowling lanes themselves are great. However, I thought as it was called Disco Bowl it would have louder music and have more of a party atmosphere. Instead the music was no better or louder than a usual bowling venue. So the company name is deceptive.

This is an excellent spot for outings with friends and family, and it's particularly great for kids. The toilets are clean.
