Broke my scaphoid bone after my 3rd lesson. Requested a refund for my last two lessons, received a response devoid of compassion that rejected my reasonable refund request, without any explanation. I would recommend you look to practice you skiing/snowboarding elsewhere, staff are neglectful where a student's health and safety is concerned.

Fantastic little slope. Great for beginers. Teachers are fantastic and friendly and the slope is great for a recreational skii/board

My 2nd lesson with Amy, and have to say her instruction is excellent, with clear advice, great demos and a lot of fun. Everyone at the ski centre is friendly and supportive, I totally recommend a visit.
