This facility has great ramps, flatbanks and street elements, that are suitable for all wheeled sports. A great flow can be achieved in this indoor park, riding on the quality wooden ramps and smooth concrete floor. The park is well maintained and spacious, with exclusive artwork from graff legend Mr. Charley McFarley. There are plenty of benches to watch the action, or repair upstairs to the viewing area. The establishment is very accessible and has a lift to the 2nd floor. Check website for session times as these are limited, however, they are very reasonably priced - especially if you become a member. Wednesday (8-10 pm) night is great for adults and skaters/BMXers and everyone in-between come from far and wide to have a sesh and enjoy a drink and a pizza in the excellent cafe. The skateshop, is small but well stocked, with keenly priced quality products. Knowledgeable staff are on hand for advice. Minehead Eye provide tons of other activities for all ages and is very community focussed. The staff are absolutely amazing and make everyone feel welcome, regardless of ability. There is plenty of free onsite parking and the building is very close to the seafront and vintage train station.

The staff at Minehead Eye are wonderful. I visited with my 13 year old for Bloom and she had a blast using the scooters on the ramps and climbing in the bouldering room. At one point she got very upset and overwhelmed and the staff took us to a private quiet room and gave her some fidget toys to help her regulate. I was very impressed by the facilities and the kindness and consideration of all the people there. It was also great value for money. Many thanks 😊

Always an awesome experience at Minehead Eye, we take our son weekly for the skate lessons held by Albert and Wob. It’s quite a distance for us but always worth it as our son loves it there. The staff are always super friendly and chilled, I highly recommend the family roller disco too, me and my son loved it and they have everything there to hire (cheaper if you’re a member). Th addition of food and drinks in their cafe is perfect, which is upstairs (they have a lift too) perfect for buggies prams and wheelchairs of course. Get yourself down there and support local! Good prices for clothing and skate gear too!

A great place for kids and young adults to be part of a community. With a large open skate park, music room, recording room, small cafe and climbing walls. There is a lift and disabled toilets available. Staff are really friendly and there are SEN sessions available.

It's an amazing space. The only thing that lets it down is the website and Comms which make it really difficult to understand what is happening there. I didn't want to rate lower because of that, because once there, it is an amazing space with a wonderful team. Skatepark is excellent, team are lovely, cafe really nice, great little shop on site. An amazing community facility. Get that Comms sorted and shout from the rooftops what you are all doing!
