Excellent for animals and rides. For families it's wonderful. We have been here many times. New paw patrol part, lovely for younger children. Nice playground and you can meet the characters and have photos.

We have been here a few times. Overall it’s a good experience. There is a good selection of rides, and the zoo is a nice addition. The only reason it does not get 5 stars is because of the £15 parking charge. It has steadily crept up over the last 3 years. £15 to park in a field is theft in plain sight. lol

More signs need to follow around rather than depending on app, Car parking becomes issue and you have to pay around 16 for day, which. I'm not happy with specially when you are spending lots of money inside and also if you have got annual passes. Long waits , specially with big rides over 1 HR pain full wait that's also in non busy time, imagine busy time periods you get cooked, some of the rides don't have any shade to wait under, like mandrill mayhem in Jumanj, amazing ride though but bit short time given. quality time could be extracted if fast track tickets are acquired for all rides which shake Ur budget big time, staff is friendly, more themes of nice walks for parents and kids should be introduced, main road had road work which made journey more longer to get in, but worth visiting if you have not been, if u need to go to toilet or any other urgency , once out of the queue then you have to start all over again 😡, few other things but will discuss in next phase

Really good example of a UK theme park. Very well kept, clean and tidy environment. Lots of ride variety with rides for many ages/heights. The paths around the site are extensive and allow a wheelchair/scooter access to virtually everywhere and disabled toilets are present too. The mobile app is really useful to monitor queue time's and the map can guide you to your destination, very slick. All the staff encountered were really pleasant, site security were patrolling regularly and breakdowns were compensated fairly. Can get busy on weekends, especially good weather and around the newer Paw Patrol area. If you can, go mid week. Plenty of hot and cold food and drink options on site. Many benches and large rocks around to sit on for a packed lunch. Recommended

Wonderful time we spent at this resort with the family. We stayed there 29th March -1st April. Our 8 year old loved it and 10 months old was taking it all in. Loved the view of animals grazing from our hotel room lobby and restaurants. Rides were good with less time wait apart from Gruffalo but overall awesome time with all. Will be back when our younger one is almost taller to go on rides. Sealife was good too
