Visited for my son's 5th birthday party today (2:30pm–4:30pm). Overall, the climbing activities were good and the girls supervising the party were friendly, helpful and great with the children. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by an unnecessarily rude interaction from another member of staff at the start of the party. While we were waiting for the party area to be cleaned, some parents were sitting with their children near an unused climbing area. A few of the children were playing on the mat. There were no climbers using the area and no other customers nearby. Without any prior explanation of rules or a polite request, a member of staff approached the parents and said, "Please parent your children and get them off the mat." I found this comment rude, patronising and unprofessional. When we checked in, no rules had been explained about where children could or couldn't wait, and we had only been there for around five minutes. Had a member of staff simply asked us not to use the mat or explained the safety policy, that would have been absolutely fine. The issue wasn't being asked to move the children; it was the manner in which it was done. Speaking to paying customers, especially parents attending a children's birthday party, in that way is disappointing and set a negative tone for the event. It's a shame because the rest of the party went well and the supervising staff were excellent. However, customer service matters, and this interaction left a poor impression.

We went to the super popular Easter edition of the Boulder Tots class here. Everything was really enjoyable and the class was really well managed (given the numbers especially!) It was slightly more advanced than Daphne was ready for at 19 months, but Carly especially was really great making sure as many kids as was humanly possible got involved and it was generally just a great environment. The setup was really great and the coffee looked good, although didn't get a chance to try it out. Can't wait to take Daphne back for another session, she loved it!

Took my boys (ages 3 and 5) to Climbing Hut for their first ever climbing session and it was fantastic. Lizzie was absolutely brilliant with them, she had endless patience, kept them engaged the whole time, and really built their confidence on the wall. You could tell she genuinely enjoys working with kids. They haven’t stopped talking about it since and are already asking when they can go back. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Absolutely amazing, my little one is 2 and once she realised there is a slide at the top she was climbing the wall independently (though I joined in a few times and loved it too!)

Amazing place, for context, we went in the kids section (my girl is 5) for a couple of hours miss week, wasn't too busy. Staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Free parking outside and only 1 minute from the M53. As you can see from the pictures there are different colours for easy or hard courses to try out. Whilst there are no ropes here, it always felt safe with large cussions to land on at the bottom should there be any slips. There's a great little cafe there as well, toilets were clean and looked well maintained. Overall, great experience, fun and something different to do. Will 100% be visiting again.
