Great for an hour or so for children over 3, especially for 8 and up. Plenty of equipment and inflateables to amuse them and tire them out. Under 3 softplay was invaded by two rough older children but plenty of adults supervising their little ones. No staff kept a check on this area but they are competent and manned all the other stations not supervised by parents. Our granddaughter is now 14 months and did not like the 0-3 softplay. We think its because the floor area was so small and the whole section was very dark. She did climb on a lot of the equipment and down slide but kept escaping into cafe area which was a lot brighter. The cafe was reasonable, big selection and clean. Nobody manning it but staff came accross quickly when anybody went accross to it. Vending machine and disabled toilet out of order. Visit was in morning, not many older children on the ninja courses or inflateables, staff allowed little ones to sit at edge of inflateables or look at other equipment which was good of them. Overall good place to go just not for under two's.

We had our daughter’s 3rd Birthday here on Sunday and it was fantastic. Our party host Masie-Mai was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and she dealt with all my queries efficiently. I highly recommend anyone to book their party here. Thanks again

Great fun for the kids and adults. Two parts to the course. A one with climbing, balancing and a warped wall. The other as a large inflatable area. The inflatable area has changed since a pervious visit, now its more open plan but sill fun. Easier to keep an eye on the kids if you werent running with them. Always have fun here although some of the climbing activities are tricky. Remember to bring or wear trainers as the first part requires shoes. The inflatable part requires grippy socks, which can be purchased if you don't have any.

We hosted my 9-year-old’s party at Ninja Warrior yesterday and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The kids had the best time — the activities kept them engaged, active, and smiling the whole way through. Everything was well organised and ran smoothly, which made it stress-free for us parents too. A huge shout out to Alice, our host — she was incredible! So patient, energetic, and amazing with the children. She made my child feel really special and kept the whole group excited and involved. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. Thank you for such a memorable party — we’ll definitely be recommending and coming back!

This was a really good time - wasn't quite sure what to expect but we got just over an hour of us and the kids running around all sorts of ninja warrior type courses and activities. It cost us about £40 for a family pass which we booked in the morning for the same day, then just over £10 for some socks each and about £14 for some gloves as the bars were really slippery otherwise. There was loads of parking right outside and oads of places to grab some food whilst waiting for your time slot. The staff were pleasant and it didn't feel crowded. Quite kid orientated but we had a go as well so it was a good time for all. They have food and drink on site - not silly prices, but not cheap. Free lockers for your stuff whilst you're running around which was a nice touch. Definitely one we'll go back to - felt a bit like flip out, but loads more to do - the kids loved it!
