Loved climbing here! Both of my children's first time and they loved it! Very friendly, polite and professional staff. Felt very safe the whole time. Encourage my children and gave little bits of advice to help foot placements etc. Boosted my children's confidence massively! Thank you and we will be back....many times I'm sure!!

Took our 6 year old Granddaughter to try this activity and she really loved it. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and made her feel totally at ease. Would highly recommend it 👍 Also got a nice cafe to chill out after and do some lovely gluten free cakes which my wife has to have. Far better than any of the high street coffee shops. Keep up the good work we will definitely be back soon 👍

This place is really good. The staff were extremely polite and the walls varied in size and shape, leading to a very fun experience! It's also in a lively spot, right next to the Quay!

Lovely place for climbers of all ages, love how safe it felt with staff on hand at all times to help and encourage, full safety talk and video at the start too. I love how the diffrent coloured mats indicate the difficulty of the climb and my anxious child appreciated this as she could stay within her comfort zone.

Great day out for kids and adults. Instructors very attentive, supportive and motivating for the kids. Overall a great setup, length of time and challenge, even for first timers at 5yo! Book ahead and choose a slot with most free slots available to avoid crowds.
