My boy absolutely loves this place. It's been a go to favourite since the first time we went for a birthday party. Safety briefing before you start, harnesses on and then off to climb. The only downfall is how hard the locks are on the mats to get clipped in (hard on pre-arthiritis hands, but there are so many staff on hand and constantly offering help if they spot you struggling. Leap of faith is super fun too but can be quite scary for smaller kids (extra £3).

We recently went for the first time with our daughter who isn't fond of heights. I have to say, the staff there absolutely make this place. We were greeted on reception by the warmest lady and then passed to the safety and floor team who were all so professional, safety conscious and encouraging of all children of all ages and abilities. My daughter learned a lot and can't wait to go back. The coffee and cornflake tart was pretty good too!

Visited for the first time today with my children as they had a great deal on, and we had such an amazing experience! The kids absolutely loved every minute of it, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout. Everything was really well organised, and the atmosphere was brilliant. I’m so pleased we came and we’ll definitely be returning again soon. Highly recommend!

A family of 3 with the youngest a nervous 7years old. The staff made him feel safe and helped him get his feet off the ground which helped him gain confidence and challenge himself for the rest of the session. Staff were on hand at all times to ensure safety and give help whenever needed. Add to that a nice little cafe for lunch and you have a great morning out. Loved it!

A great time was had while engaging in virtually all the climbing walls and activities. Perfect for both younger and older kids. The variety of climbing activities and difficulty levels will leave you completely satisfied after the session. 5 stars.
