Took my 9 yr old niece here for a climbing session. Signs for parking were clear, and the check in process was easy. We didn't pay for the extra jumps, just a basic session. Pros - the induction was good. There are plenty of different types of walls to climb. For a 1 hour session it was enough to keep a 9 year old interested. Cons - grips and bars on the walls are all pretty grubby. The staff (although friendly and helpful when needed) were often not 'on the ball'. Quite a few times they were stood together talking while, around the corner, there were children struggling to clip and unclip from the walls and the staff hadn't noticed.

We attended the SEN session which is quieter without music and only one other family with us. The children enjoyed it greatly . I was surprised how little assistance was offered getting the clips on and off the SEN child as we grown ups really struggled with the clips. As there were only 6 children in attendance those supervising had little to do . Saying that the children had a great time . Worth mentioning it’s £3 cheaper than the ‘normal’ session too so good value for money.

Went came today for our first time and can not recommend enough. My boy has additional needs and can struggle with new activities. Jen (I believe was her name) was incredible, we went to her to ask what the process was and she went out her way to show him around the wall and how it all works before the briefing. She was brilliant and really deserves recognition for her kindness and understanding.

We used to go all the time to clip and climb , parties , simple outings . But it’s getting a bit run down . It’s been the same walls for years and a few of them look run down . The experience gets you about 1 hour of climbing and a safety briefing. You can do other stuff depending on age but this is the main thing. The safety briefing is putting your gear on and watching a video of what to do like clipping yourself and stuff. Yes this is a good clip and climb for the price but it feels a bit empty most of the time . I personally feel like they should change the walls from time to time . The cafe is good price I would like to mention . And also the parties are very good for what you get I think . Overall it is a good clip and climb but needs a to be looked after again.

Me and my daughter came here for a birthday party. First time we have been and won't be our last. She thoroughly enjoyed herself. The staff are very freindly and helpfull aswell. Nice clean place and the lunch from the small café was delicious! I would recommend!
