First time here and it felt like nothing was really working properly. Coffee machine broken. Main climbing attraction (pillars) broken. Tried to pay for the drop slide but told I’m within 15mins of my session ending so it’s too late to do it (there was no-one on the slide the whole time we were there). Won’t be rushing back to this one. Left feeling very frustrated.

We were there today with a small B Party (10th). Definitely recommend for that age group and older. There were minor timing issues but got to be honest and give the place 5* for the great communication beforehand, flexibility and very professional "here for you" attitude. Our host was Scarlett and even though she was busy and had other duties, it didn't affect the party and it was overall great fun! Recommend! Thanks C n C Reading 👍

Sadly (but this isn’t the first time) we visited again and multiple walls were out of action due to “equipment failures” and on a packed Sunday leaves waiting for a climb a bit longer. Soft played closed a 3pm and we had a 25min wait on the allocated time slot due to running behind schedule.

Brilliant time with my son. He was very nervous at the start but Jess was brilliant, she came to his level, in a clam voice and offered to just walk him around with no harness so he could see everything. No pressure, no stress just a person really taking their time to make my son comfortable. He ended up doing climbing and that's all thanks to Jess. She's a superstar!

Only used the new soft play. Couldn't find pics anywhere so I've taken some so that others can see! Similar size to the area at Wokingham leisure centre but much quieter, free parking right outside. Not the most extensive soft play in the world but my 2.5 loved it and managed to burn off 45 mins of energy no problem! Staff were friendly and it was really clean 🙂
