Loved being down there in the heatwave. The staff were all really friendly and the rides were great. My son was able to go on everything. Shame it was early July, before the English kids were off and not everything (foodwise) was open. But almost all the theme park rides were open, plus the staff made us feel very welcome.

We had a fantastic time at Crealy Theme Park & Resort! We stayed in a beautiful Haven caravan and spent three full days at the theme park, with every ride open throughout our stay. The park is spotless, and all the staff are so friendly, always going the extra mile to help. A special thank you to Connor, Rob and Dex, who were especially helpful and made our experience even more enjoyable. We can't wait to visit again!

I had an absolutely incredible experience at the theme park, and Holly and Adam were a huge part of what made the day so memorable. From the moment we met them, Holly and Adam were warm, welcoming, and genuinely enthusiastic. Their positive attitudes, professionalism, and outstanding customer service went far beyond anything we expected. They both took the time to make sure everyone felt valued, answered every question with a smile, and created such a fun and friendly atmosphere throughout the day. Holly’s energy and kindness were infectious. She was patient, approachable, and clearly passionate about making every guest’s experience special. Adam was equally fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Together, they made an amazing team and are a real credit to the park. It’s rare to come across staff who genuinely care so much about the people they’re serving, but Holly and Adam set the gold standard for customer service. They turned a great day into an unforgettable one, and their dedication, enthusiasm, and professionalism deserve to be recognised. A huge thank you to both Holly and Adam for making our visit so enjoyable. They are absolute stars, and I hope they receive the recognition they truly deserve. We can’t wait to come back, and it’s staff like them who make this theme park stand out from the rest! We had a brilliant day at Crealy Theme Park with our two children, aged 2 & 4. The park was clean, well run and looked after. We found the staff happy, cheerful and enthusiastic. Particular praise to the helpful chap on the Rollercoaster who stopped the ride after the first run to allow our daughter to get off as she wasn't enjoying it! He didn't have to do that, and it was appreciated. We noticed the staff constantly cleaning. Food was OK (we went to the Sooty cafe). We found the prices to be reasonable and fair, compared to other UK theme parks and attractions. Our children enjoyed the rides - a particular favourite was the flying chair swing ride and also the Dino Jeeps for which the scenery was great. The only ride we felt was lacking was the Safari Train. Definitely more foliage/scenery needed as it just seemed to be random animal models placed on the lawn - perhaps some trees, plants bamboo to make it feel more like a jungle (like the Dino Jeeps). Only other improvement - the big top show (Sootys birthday) needs to have some sort of cooling measure as it was just too hot in there. Appreciate air con would be difficult, but maybe some large fans or something. Other than that, my kids enjoyed the show and it was just the right length for them to keep their attention. We will be back again at some point in the future I am sure!

We booked multiple lodges for our family and have just finished a 5 day stay. Escape and retreat lodges both immaculate, really well designed and well thought out. Cedar lodge wasn’t the best as the pull out sofa would fit an adult and a child- two adults would have a hard job getting a wink of sleep but when this was addressed a solution was sourced immediately so 10 out of 10 for that- but it’s worth noting because if you book a cedar during busy times I think they would be hard struck to find a solution. The highchair and travel cot are both done on a daily hire pre booked charge, seems unusually pricey for what it is- I only hired the highchair for my 7.5 month old and it was a hard wooden one that you get in a restaurant, to be paying a more premium price you would expect to at least have an Ikea cheapy one with a tray- if your baby is baby led weaning your stuffed really (which our son is) The website is very clear that the majority of activities are closed outside of school holiday and weekends- believe that- £20 for mini golf is again steep but a fun little course, the family pedal bikes at £12-£15 per HOUR is again steep. The theme park is brilliant- I would say any children up to the age of about 15-16 would throughly enjoy a day out there, our children of the group range from 7.5 months- 8 years old and all (and adults) had a really good day out. There’s tons to do locally, a simple email to Crealy and they gave an abundance of info for where we could go- we went to all the suggestions and had some really good (and in some place free! Days out) WiFi was unfortunately a big bug bare- it’s a low signal area, which of course can’t be helped- but a low signal area must have decent WiFi to compensate. The WiFi was fixed- on our last day- which the repaired wifi was actually very very good and fast, just a shame we didn’t have it throughout our holiday. The fully equipped kitchen is really good- microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer (and not just one of them little drawers!) oven, hob- I would say either bring an airfryer or go abit more up market and stay in the lodges that do offer an air fryer- the only issue I had with the kitchen was there was simply not enough to cater to a full family dinner- one fryingpan/shallow wok, one or two saucepans and that was it other than a glass bowl and grater, a decent wok or a second frying pan and maybe some serving bowls and then it would be on track to be able to fully able to self cater for a whole family- good selection of bowls/plates/ cutlery/ cooking utensils. Now the bottom line- would I go back/recommend and is it worth the money- yes to both! The theme park you don’t need longer than one day- so save yourself some pennies and let your holiday only cover one theme park open day. Tescos/aldi/waitrose/M&S all very local.
