A pleasant, cozy, and friendly place. Neither too big nor too small. However, I would appreciate it if the water flow time in the private shower could be extended, if possible. 😊

Of the EL facilities that I've used, this one has the best, most enthusiastic staff. Shout out to Lee, the lad manning the desk this afternoon - really have me a good impression of the facility and is a great asset to the swimming centre. The pool is great but I always prefer the saunas in Porty, they are very hard to beat.

I had a great experience at this swimming pool and gym. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable to use. I especially want to thank the staff for their honesty and professionalism. I had accidentally left my phone behind, and they kindly found it and returned it to me after recognizing my photo on it. I truly appreciate their help and integrity. Highly recommended place!

Great building. Gym is tiny & doesn't have a lot of strength training equipment, despite most members using the strength training side of the gym. The whole building shuts for a few hours every wednesday for staff training, even though the Gym is often open unmanned at other times.

The way that the gym is ran is just awful. There are junior session all hours of the day monitored by a staff member, which takes up most of the gym space. Annoying but understandable. What is unacceptable is that the kids would be rude and not know proper gym etiquette. Is that not something the staff needs to also teach them? When I was waiting for an equipment, the kid said he had three sets so I waited but by the time he was done he just let his mate use it? The coach saw the whole thing and didn’t say a word. Multiple similar instances has happened and the staff say absolutely nothing. Awful managing!
