You would do yourself a massive favour if you shut the place down for a few days and let the cleaning team do their job as this is probably the filthiest swimming pool I've visited in my life. The amount of mould and grime sitting on tiles and equipment is absolutely disgusting. How does this place pass a hygiene inspection?

100% recommend to any parents looking for a place to take their child. I’ve been bringing my son every Friday since he turned 3 months old. No complaints :)

Lovely place.staff freindly.lots of parking.There are toilets inside the disabled changing rooms, the rooms are spacious.have a plastic table and chair in there.the swimming area is nice.its not massive but good size pool.they have arm bands available.it cost 50p for lockers, which are not refundable.they have got some drinks you can purchase with few snacks available aswell.

The grandmother behind the desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. She left us waiting, ignored us while talking on the phone, and didn’t even greet us afterwards. Out of respect for her age, I remained calm despite the situation. This level of behaviour is completely unacceptable. I’ve been coming here since 2021 and have seen many staff changes, but this was by far the worst experience. The rest of the staff are kind and respectful, but this experience was very disappointing.

First visit to pool and such a great experience. Lovely friendly, atmosphere. Very safe and family friendly. No worries about little ones as Lifeguards were excellent and very vigilant. Clean and warm with space to be close to children if you are not in pool.
