Outdoor pool is great, definitely need more loungers/tables and chairs and it would have been great if the poolside shop/cafe was open. But overall clean, fun and staff were friendly.

Pools are great, outdoor one is really good. Lack of free parking not ideak. Gary's spin classes are very good woukd reccomend. Team sre polite and friendly. Actual gym a bit to small fot the number of people that go imo.

Great swimming pool. But..the blonde lady about 30-40 at counter is very very rude. Terrible attitude. If it wasn’t for the kids wanting to swim I would have walked off. 18/04/26

The gym is quiet and empty during the day. I can use all the equipment and machines comfortably. The pool is always great.

hello, I usually pick my kids up from the swimming baths and make them wait outside. But it was freezing so I told them to wait for me inside, while they were waiting for me they were not taking photo they were just showing the camera on each other (no harm) but apparently this lady who works behind the cafe shouted at them in a really disrespectful way asking them to stop recording and leave immediately because apparently they were videoing other kids which my 13 year old daughters would never do that. so this lady with white glasses accusing my daughters for nothing is very rude and she wouldn’t stop shout at them. She also kept on giving them disgusting looks and made them feel very uncomfortable. After they said sorry millions of times for something they didn’t do!
