My joining experience was nice and welcoming but they miss an opportunity to show me around the centre. A few weeks after joining I attempted to book my first class due to time and brain fog I was running late a called to no answer but was quickly called back and spoke to yannick, I explained how I am neurodivergent which can affect my time keeping and that unfortunately I am a few minutes away from a class that had just started. He advised that due to health is safety I wouldn't be able to then attend that class I explained to him very emotionally how this has become a regular issue for me due to my health issues which are always predictable. I asked over the phone if there was any reasonable adjustments that could be made so I wouldn't lose the money spent for the class. He said no but he could speak to a manager and requested that I contacted them via email. I did search and there was no sympathy there was no attempt of adjustment or understanding just reiterating what yannick had advised me. It's Kayleigh who's communicating with me at this point and despite me responding with two further questions I am yet to receive a response about reasonable adjustments via email the whole plan of a leisure centre that is community-based is that it's supposed to be supporting the community. This was my first time trying to attend the leisure centre and despite explain in my circumstances and the need to have some form of reasonable adjustments I have been ignored for over a month. And then on looking at the reviews on hair I don't want to go there because there's mould in the changing rooms that's disgusting. So I've emailed and asked them to take me completely off their records seeing as they won't acknowledge my issue. Let this be a lesson to customer service when people have filled in the forms correctly advising yourselves of their conditions which could stop them from being safe in your facilities is up to you to figure out ways that you can be fair for them to participate in using the centre. Instead I feel ignored and let down by something that is supposed to be supporting the community. It's not even about the money for the class but the willingness or lack of it to support people who clearly are trying to socialise locally as well as improve their health. So disappointed Update Yannick made a attempt to make some reasonable adjustments after my complaint, I appreciate the hard work, I no longer live in the area but the check in is the customer service expected 👏🏾

super friendly staff and members. The gym is very well equipped and has a good working layout. All kept nice and clean. It's my go to gym when i'm in London 💪🏾🌻 I highly recommend 🌻

I was very impressed with the professionalism of Yannic, the sales manager. He took the time to show me the gym, exercise studios and pool area and discuss membership options. I had a free trial and went swimming in the pool twice which was amazing. The pool is very large and has a beautiful view of the park. I am now a member of the centre. Thank you Yannic for all your help. The other members of staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful.

I recently got signed up by Yannic. His energy is awesome! He is super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The facilities are also great, not too busy and plenty of activities to choose from. So glad I signed up!!
