Really great facility and nice staff, HOWEVER why is there only one shower with a door in the mixed changing room? Surely because it’s a mixed gender one there would be more! Every time I want to use it to feel more comfortable to take a shower before/after swimming it’s always busy and I have to do a wet walk of shame through the main corridor to the other changing rooms that have a shower with a door that is available and it always makes me feel uncomfortable. There is so many changing room facilities with a door, but only one shower, it doesn’t make sense :(

The new benches suck. My back slipped immediately when I tried to do a warm up bench press. Please can we finally get more Air Conditioning and temperature adjustable taps. It’s always so hot in here, and windows can’t even be opened for some reason.

Very clean and the gym has good quality machines, but lacks many machines and it can often causing long waits for machines. The pool is nice and the changing facilities are good.

Had a pretty good time at the swimming pool and sauna today 🙂💦 The pool was clean and not too crowded, which made it easy to relax and enjoy a few calm laps 🏊‍♂️ The water was fine, nothing amazing, but comfortable enough to enjoy. The sauna was warm and relaxing, especially after swimming 🔥🧖‍♂️ It wasn’t perfect, but it did the job and helped me unwind a bit. The overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant, which I appreciated. All in all, a nice experience and a good way to spend some time relaxing, even if it wasn’t mind-blowing 😊🌿 Would still go again.

Beautiful location. Greenery all around and a big ground next to it. A big parking space as well. It has gym, swimming pool, space for indoor games, etc. Quiet big to let enough quantity of people allowed in at a time. They also offer different types of discounts.
